About Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is pressed from the seeds of the Helianthus annuus plant and has been used in skincare for its gentle, nourishing qualities. It is one of the most vitamin E-rich oils available, making it an excellent natural antioxidant.

Its light, non-comedogenic texture means it absorbs easily and won't clog pores, making it suitable for all skin types including oily and acne-prone skin. The linoleic acid it contains helps to maintain the skin's natural barrier.

We use sunflower oil for its ability to deeply moisturise without heaviness. It helps to smooth and soften the skin, calm irritation and protect against everyday environmental stressors.
